MOVING EVENTS FORWARD

Great events have always been about people. Today, technology is reshaping how those people connect, plan, and create unforgettable experiences. The Cvent Center for Event Insights works uniquely at the intersection of events, hospitality and technology; unlocking research, best practices and ideas that move the industry forward.

Who's behind it

The Center is run by Cvent's research and content teams and works with independent partners, including Forrester Consulting. Every release says who did the work.

HOW WE WORK WITH DATA

OUR research STANDARDS

Every number we publish is sourced. This page holds the rules that apply to all of our work; each release carries its own specifics.

We make it clear when we are informing you from our proprietary data, an outside study we commissioned, or the data of a third party partner. We publish who was surveyed, how many, where and when.

Some findings come from teams describing their own work, including Cvent's own events team. We say so when that's the case, and we label estimates and projections as what they are.

We cover the industry, not the product. We publish findings as the data shows them.
